About This Role

As a Driver CDL at Mondelēz International/NABISCO, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to various stores and warehouses. This role emphasizes safety and timely deliveries to ensure customers receive quality products.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with procedures and regular safety checks of equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.) to guarantee safety.
Complete daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records.
Perform all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch.

Requirements

CDL-Class A license
At least one year of proven safe driving experience
Valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID
Ability to pass drug test, MVR, and background check
FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration
Familiarity with OSHA and DOT regulations, as well as local, state, and federal requirements
Proficiency in using a smart phone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times
Ability to use a scanner and log deliveries

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of safe driving experience with no serious driving convictions.

Nice to Have

Direct store delivery experience (DSD)
Customer-oriented attitude
Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation
Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and working schedules
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures
