Join Mondelēz International as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to manage product display and stock in retail stores, optimize visibility of brands like Oreo and Ritz, and ensure sales plans are executed.
Responsibilities
- Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and optimize product visibility
- Construct promotional displays for Mondelēz products
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
- Implement Mondelēz’ guidelines for product placement and stocking
- Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed
- Communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team
- Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations
- Ability to download and use work related applications on personal device
- Ability to perform physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Live within 25 miles range from Urbana, IL
- Schedule availability: Monday, Friday, Saturday
- Start Time: 08:00 AM
