Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser

About This Role

Join Mondelēz International as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to manage product display and stock in retail stores, optimize visibility of brands like Oreo and Ritz, and ensure sales plans are executed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and optimize product visibility
• Construct promotional displays for Mondelēz products
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
• Implement Mondelēz’ guidelines for product placement and stocking
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed
• Communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations
• Ability to download and use work related applications on personal device
• Ability to perform physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Live within 25 miles range from Urbana, IL
• Schedule availability: Monday, Friday, Saturday
• Start Time: 08:00 AM
