About This Role

As a Parts Sales Manager, drive sales performance, foster a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer service in the automotive retail field. This role involves leadership, sales, inventory management, and operational oversight.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure operational efficiency
• Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies

Requirements

• Demonstrated integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities
• Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Nice to Have

• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English
• Previous experience in automotive retail
