Provide world-class service as a Parking Ambassador at Acrisure Arena, ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and their vehicles during events. This role serves as the first point of contact, directing traffic and maximizing parking efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering World Class Service
- Monitor parking lots for safety and security of guests, employees, and vehicles
- Provide guests with directions and other venue information
- Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
- Ability to maximize amount of vehicles per lot
- Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
- Control/monitor entry to the guests’ and employees’ parking lots
Requirements
- Customer Service and Technology Handling abilities
- Polite, friendly and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work various hours as needed including nights and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and walk long distances
- Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds
- Ability to visually observe close, distance, peripheral
Qualifications
- Prior parking experience strongly preferred
