Paralegal

About This Role

This Paralegal will support the attorney's business operations by performing efficient legal research, drafting documents, and coordinating administrative tasks. The role focuses on streamlining workflows, managing client matters, and ensuring compliance to facilitate smooth practice operations.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal briefs, affidavits, and motions for business litigation clients
• Manage discovery drafts, reviews, and platforms
• Draft and organize business contracts such as NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, client contracts, formation documents, and operating agreements
• Help streamline internal processes by improving document management systems and tracking key milestones
• Conduct legal research
• Manage deadlines, filings, and client communications in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience working as a paralegal or in a legal support role
• Proficiency with legal research tools
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office software
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct legal research, analyze information, and summarize findings

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, Legal Studies, or equivalent certification (Preferred)
• 1-3 years of experience working as a paralegal or in a legal support role.
