Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in managing a range of legal cases, including workers' compensation, personal injury, and estate planning
- Draft legal documents
- Conduct legal research
- Organize case files

- Coordinate with attorneys and staff to support various legal matters
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all assigned tasks
Requirements
- Proficiency in legal research, case law analysis, and drafting legal documents
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective communication skills to liaise with attorneys, clients, and other professionals
- Familiarity with estate planning processes, including the drafting of wills and powers of attorney
- Experience with workers' compensation and personal injury case file management
- Attention to detail with the ability to proofread and review legal documents for accuracy
- Proficiency in utilizing legal software and tools
Qualifications
- Paralegal certification or relevant legal education

- Prior experience in a law firm setting preferred
