About This Role

This role involves working as a Packaging Associate, performing routine tasks such as packaging, inspecting products, and ensuring all tasks are performed while standing during a 12-hour shift. This position requires adherence to safety protocols and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Stand approximately 10 hours and 50 minutes of a 12-hour shift
• Perform routine tasks while standing
• Constantly perform reaching, handling, fingering, and feeling
• Frequently turn body from 0 to 180 degrees
• Inspect product for quality using good eyesight
• Walk frequently, covering distances over 50 feet
• Frequently bend when making boxes
• Occasionally balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or talk
• Lift up to 40 pounds including product, boxes, and supplies
• Occasionally push and pull items like boxes and product

Requirements

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Flexibility to work overtime and off shifts as needed
• Ability to stand for 10-12 hours
• Ability to wear required PPE
• Regular and timely attendance
• Pass a drug screen
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
