Join J. Boren & Sons Trucking as an Owner Operator, leveraging your own truck to transport freight and taking advantage of competitive percentage rates and a supportive family-owned company culture.
Requirements
- At least 23 years of age
- Valid CDL A
- 2 years of experience
- Must own their own truck
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- No more than 3 non-DOT preventable accidents
- No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
- No failed drug or alcohol tests
Qualifications
- 2 years of owner operator experience
Benefits
$300 reimbursement for orientation
Profit sharing programs for fleet owner w/2+ trucks
$1 per mile up to 500 miles to bring truck to class (no trailer needed)
Empty Miles (Solo & Teams): $.80 CPM + FSC
