About This Role

J. Boren & Sons Trucking is seeking qualified solo and team owner operators to transport freight. Drivers will benefit from competitive weekly pay, sign-on bonuses, and a supportive, family-owned company culture.

Responsibilities

Operate as a solo or team owner operator
Transport 100% no touch freight
Utilize new trailers provided by the company
Adhere to a 95% drop and hook system
Manage weekly home time and typically stay out 10-14 days

Requirements

Must be at least 23 years of age
Valid CDL A
2 years of experience
Must own a truck (2016 or newer Class 8 truck)
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No more than 3 non-DOT preventable accidents
No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
No failed drug or alcohol tests

Qualifications

2 years of experience required

Benefits

$300 reimbursement for orientation

100% Fuel surcharge

100% Accessorial charges

$1 per mile up to 500 miles to bring truck to class (no trailer needed)
