About This Role

Join J. Boren & Sons Trucking as an Owner Operator, leveraging various percentage rate options and sign-on bonuses. Drive new trailers, ensure 100% no-touch freight and maximize earnings in a supportive, family-owned company culture.

Requirements

At least 23 years of age
Valid CDL A
Own their own truck (2016 or newer Class 8 truck)
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
No more than 3 non DOT preventable accidents
No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
No failed drug or alcohol tests

Qualifications

2 years of experience

Benefits

$300 reimbursement for orientation

Profit sharing programs for fleet owner w/2+ trucks

$1 per mile up to 500 miles to bring truck to class (no trailer needed)
