Join J. Boren & Sons Trucking as an Owner Operator, overseeing no-touch freight operations for solo drivers or established teams. This role offers competitive percentage-based pay and substantial advantages for independent truck drivers.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a solo Owner Operator or with an established team
- Haul 100% no touch freight
- Utilize new trailers for operations
- Manage trucking routes with 95% drop and hook efficiency
- Engage with 24/7 non-forced dispatch
- Potentially work on dedicated lanes in select areas
Requirements
- At least 23 years of age
- Valid CDL A
- Own their own truck
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- No more than 3 non-DOT preventable accidents
- No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
- No failed drug or alcohol tests
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a truck driver
