Owner Operator - Solo and Teams

About This Role

This role is for an Owner Operator truck driver, either solo or as part of a team, focusing on hauling freight for J. Boren & Sons Trucking. The position emphasizes maximizing earnings through percentage rates and various incentives.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a solo or team Owner Operator
• Haul 100% no touch freight
• Participate in profit sharing programs (for fleet owners with 2+ trucks)
• Utilize new trailers for routes
• Perform 95% drop and hook operations
• Work with 24/7 non-forced dispatch
• Drive dedicated lanes in select areas

Requirements

• At least 23 years of age
• Valid CDL A
• Own a truck (2016 or newer Class 8 truck)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No more than 3 non-DOT preventable accidents
• No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
• No failed drug or alcohol tests

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience
