Owner Operator

About This Role

Operate as a solo or team owner operator for a family-owned trucking company, taking advantage of percentage rates and no-touch freight. This role involves hauling new trailers across dedicated lanes with weekly home time.

Responsibilities

• Operate own truck for solo or team routes
• Haul 100% no touch freight
• Utilize new trailers provided by the company
• Navigate dedicated lanes (where available)
• Communicate with 24/7 non-forced dispatch
• Manage fuel with discounts at Love's and on-site fuel options

Requirements

• At least 23 years of age
• Valid CDL A
• 2 years of experience
• Own truck (2016 or newer Class 8 truck)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No more than 3 non-DOT preventable accidents
• No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
• No failed drug or alcohol tests
