Overseas Social Media Manager

About This Role

The Overseas Social Media Manager will develop and execute KOL marketing strategies for target markets in the United States and Europe. This role involves expanding influencer resources, coordinating creative content, and analyzing performance data to optimize ROI for smart hardware, consumer electronics, or robotics products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of target markets in the United States and Europe, developing annual/quarterly KOL marketing strategies, budgets, and execution roadmaps
• Research the ecosystem, algorithms, and latest trends of overseas social media platforms (such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Actively identify, expand, and evaluate high-quality KOL/KOC resources that align with the brand and product tone
• Establish and continuously enrich a dedicated influencer resource database
• Lead negotiations, contracts, and long-term relationship maintenance with influencers
• Plan creative collaboration themes and marketing activities based on product selling points and market trends
• Write and provide clear cooperation briefs and communication scripts
• Coordinate resources from internal product, design, marketing departments, and external partners
• Establish a data monitoring system to regularly track and analyze the performance data of collaboration content
• Monitor competitor dynamics and industry cases to provide a basis for strategy adjustments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3+ years of experience in overseas influencer marketing or social media promotion
• Fluent in English, capable of written communication and business negotiations
• In-depth practical experience in the United States and at least one major European market (Germany/France/Nordics)
• Possess in-depth practical experience and resource networks in at least two overseas regions (e.g., United States + UK/Germany/France/Nordics)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3 years or more of experience in overseas influencer marketing or overseas social media promotion

Nice to Have

• Experience in the smart hardware, consumer electronics, or robotics industries
• Verified resources in overseas KOL or MCN institutions
