As an Overnight Shift Lead, support the Assistant and General Manager by independently running shifts and solving problems. Guide the team to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Run shifts efficiently, upholding Taco Bell's standards
- Tackle problems proactively and seek help when needed
- Provide guidance to team members
- Ensure excellent customer service by cultivating a positive environment
- Work the closing shift, typically ending between 3:00 am - 5:00 am
Requirements
- Ability to work overnight closing shifts
