Serve as an Outside Sales Representative for Air Experts, a part of American Residential Services (ARS), focusing on residential HVAC solutions. Meet with homeowners to assess comfort needs and present tailored HVAC system solutions.
Responsibilities
- Meet with residential homeowners to assess their comfort needs
- Present tailored HVAC system solutions
- Represent ARS in a consultative sales role
- Utilize strong install support, fast turnaround, and industry-leading warranties
- Manage company-generated and pre-set leads
Requirements
- Prior residential in-home sales experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
Qualifications
- Prior residential in-home sales experience. One-call-close experience strongly preferred.
Nice to Have
- One-call-close experience
- HVAC knowledge (required in some locations)
