Outside Sales Comfort Advisor

About This Role

Connect customers with comfort by selling heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades or whole system replacements for residential services. This role involves managing sales leads and providing comprehensive customer service.

Responsibilities

• Connect customers with comfort through heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades, or whole system replacements
• Utilize provided warm sales leads; no canvassing or cold-calling required
• Earn uncapped commission and draw through weekly settlements
• Travel to pre-set appointments in a company-provided vehicle
• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
• Be willing to work long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed
• Be willing to enter attics and crawl spaces on a regular basis

Requirements

• Prior experience selling residential services in home
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to travel to pre-set appointments
• Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to work long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed
• Willingness to go into attics and crawl spaces on a regular basis

Qualifications

• Prior experience selling residential services in home

Nice to Have

• HVAC specific experience (in some locations)
