As an Outside Sales / Comfort Advisor, you will connect customers with heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades or whole system replacements, utilizing warm leads provided by ARS. This role offers unlimited income potential through uncapped commissions and supports professional growth within a national network.
Responsibilities
- Connect customers with heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades or whole system replacements
- Utilize warm sales leads provided by ARS, with no cold-calling or canvassing required
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication
- Travel to pre-set appointments in a company-provided vehicle
- Go into attics and crawl spaces on a regular basis
Requirements
- Prior experience selling residential services in-home
- Ability to travel to pre-set appointments in company provided vehicle
- Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed
- Willingness to go into attics and crawl spaces on a regular basis
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Qualifications
- Prior experience selling residential services in-home

- HVAC specific experience (in some locations)
