Join Concentra as an independent orthopedic surgeon to provide specialized medical and surgical services for work-related orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal injuries. This contract role complements your existing practice by offering flexible weekly or bi-weekly shifts.
Responsibilities
- Manage medically complex patients
- Expedite return to work and functional restoration
- Provide specialist services, both non-surgical and surgical, for orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal work-related injuries
- Communicate with employers
- Take an active role in case management
Requirements
- Licensure in state of practice
- Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
- Medical Malpractice Insurance coverage while on site
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
Nice to Have
- Experience in treating patients with work-related injuries
Certifications
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
