About This Role

This role involves leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases. The lead will configure the Payroll module to align with business processes and requirements, driving value through people performance for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases
  • Lead the configuration of the Payroll module, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements
  • Perform project tasks independently and lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others
  • Participate in and lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
  • Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
  • Use prior experience to anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering HCM solutions, to include experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle such as requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, and testing
  • 1+ years of experience leading the configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience delivering HCM solutions
