Oracle HCM Configuration Lead - Payroll Module

About This Role

This role involves leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations and configuring the Payroll module, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business processes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases to include requirements gathering, design, build, testing, etc.
• Lead the configuration of the Payroll module, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements
• Perform project tasks independently and lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others
• Participate in and lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
• Use prior experience to anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering HCM solutions, to include experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle such as requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, and testing
• 1+ years of experience leading the configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience delivering HCM solutions, including all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle. 1+ years of experience leading configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module.

• Oracle HCM Payroll certified
