Oracle HCM Configuration Lead - Payroll Module

About This Role

This role involves leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations, focusing on configuration and ensuring alignment with client business processes. The Lead will drive project phases from requirements gathering to testing, contributing to the development of high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases to include requirements gathering, design, build, testing, etc.
• Lead the configuration of the Payroll module, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements
• Perform project tasks independently and lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others
• Participate in and lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
• Use prior experience to anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering HCM solutions
• Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing)
• 1+ years of experience leading the configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module
• Bachelor's degree
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience delivering HCM solutions, including experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle; 1+ years leading Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module configuration.

• Oracle HCM Payroll certified
