Oracle HCM Configuration Lead - Compensation Module

About This Role

This role involves leading the assessment, design, and configuration of Compensation functions within Oracle Cloud HCM. You will coordinate with various teams to ensure successful project delivery and continuous process improvements for Oracle HCM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment, design, and configuration of Compensation functions within Oracle Cloud HCM
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and functional teams to validate requirements
• Manage user stories, and ensure thorough testing and acceptance of delivered solutions
• Serve as the primary contact for Compensation modules during design, testing, and after go-live support
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Compensation modules
• Promote continuous process improvement within the Oracle HCM Compensation module

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with delivering Oracle HCM solutions
• 1+ years of experience leading the configuration of the Oracle HCM Compensation module
• Bachelor's Degree
• Residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia)
