Lead and deliver Enterprise Performance Management solutions for large enterprises as an Oracle EPM Manager on the Finance Transformation team. Focus on Oracle EPM configurations and integrations, driving solution implementation from model design to hypercare. This role involves assessing current processes, defining future designs, and presenting data-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead small engagements or workstreams on complex Finance Transformation programs centered on Oracle EPM (EPBCS, EDMCS, and EPCM)
- Assess current-state processes and data; define future-state designs
- Translate requirements into EPM configurations and integrations
- Drive solution implementation, including model design, business rules, metadata, security, testing, cutover, and hypercare
- Ensure quality and timeliness of implementation
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations to client stakeholders and executives
- Support proposal development, orals, and RFP responses
- Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to early-career team members
Requirements
- 6+ years of consulting experience (corporate or professional services)
- Led 2+ full-cycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations (EPBCS, EDMCS)
- Experience with EPCM and business rules configuration
- 3+ years of experience managing finance business processes and reporting requirements (planning, forecasting, close, management reporting)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

- 6+ years of experience in consulting within a corporate or professional services environment
Nice to Have
- 3+ years in a client-facing role leading workshops, solution design sessions, and executive readouts
- 1+ year supporting presales activities, including proposals and RFPs
- 3+ years mentoring or supervising team members, including formal performance feedback
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Information Systems
