Oracle EPM Consultant

About This Role

As a Consultant, you will engage with diverse global clients to diagnose issues using advanced analytical techniques, formulate recommendations, and assist in implementing Oracle EPM solutions to improve finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with diverse global clients across various industries
• Diagnose issues using advanced analytical techniques
• Conduct interviews to gather client insights and needs
• Formulate recommendations based on thorough analysis and client interactions
• Assist clients in implementing proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions
• Define or coordinate common processes or procedures to support package custom development, APIs, UI/UX, and process flows
• Collaborate with key executives to advise, implement, and deliver solutions that enhance decision-making and finance operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant consulting experience in a corporate environment or with a consulting firm
• 1+ years' experience involving the completion at least one end-to-end implementation of a cloud-based Oracle EPM (modules EPCM, EDMCS, EPBCS)
• 1+ years' experience working with finance business processes and corporate reporting requirements
• 1+ years' experience in writing business rules and supporting technology implementation methodologies
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 1+ years experience with Oracle EPM implementation and finance business processes; 2+ years of relevant consulting experience.

Nice to Have

• 1+ years' experience working with ETL tools and databases
• 2+ years' experience working with finance business processes and corporate reporting requirements
• 1+ years' experience writing Groovy scripts
• 1+ years' experience in a client-facing role
• 1+ years' experience managing engagements or parts of larger projects
• 1+ years' experience in mentoring less experienced staff
