Oracle EPM Consultant

About This Role

As an Oracle EPM Consultant, you will engage with global clients to diagnose issues, formulate recommendations, and implement solutions, focusing on finance operations and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with diverse global clients across various industries
• Diagnose issues using advanced analytical techniques
• Conduct interviews to gather client insights
• Formulate and present recommendations
• Assist clients in implementing proposed solutions to improve finance operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant consulting experience
• 1+ years' experience with at least one end-to-end implementation of a cloud-based Oracle EPM (modules EPCM, EDMCS, EPBCS)
• 1+ years' experience working with finance business processes and corporate reporting requirements
• 1+ years' experience in writing business rules and supporting technology implementation methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 2+ years of relevant consulting experience in a corporate environment or with a consulting firm

Nice to Have

• 1+ years' experience working with ETL tools and databases
• 2+ years' experience working with finance business processes and corporate reporting requirements
• 1+ years' experience writing Groovy scripts
• 1+ years' experience in a client-facing role
• 1+ years' experience managing engagements or parts of larger projects
• 1+ years' experience in mentoring less experienced staff
