Oracle Cloud PLM (PD/PDH) Manager

About This Role

This role is for a strategic advisor, architect, and implementer focused on Oracle Cloud PLM solutions (PD/PDH) within the discrete manufacturing space. You will lead business transformations, maximizing value in Supply Chain for clients and energizing their business functions with digital technologies and advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discussions with senior leaders on functional solutions within Oracle Cloud PLM (PD and/or PDH)
• Lead discussions with business users to understand and translate requirements into Oracle Cloud PLM functionality
• Collaborate with technical architects to ensure Oracle Cloud PLM solutions are technically feasible and scalable
• Perform high-level functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design for PLM solutions
• Design solutions for specific areas such as supply chain, logistics execution, and warehousing
• Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
• Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise and strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge
• Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
• Develop knowledge and gain project experience in PLM's newest and future solutions

Requirements

• Discrete manufacturing PLM experience
• Consulting experience managing/executing 3 full lifecycle digital transformation programs within PLM
• 10+ years of PLM experience
• 5+ years Oracle Cloud PLM experience
• Experience using analytics and metrics to assess Manufacturing Performance and identify and quantify improvement opportunities
• Bachelor's Degree

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of PLM experience with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud PLM and 3 full lifecycle digital transformation programs within PLM

Nice to Have

• 5+ years of experience in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, system testing (INT, UAT) and solution delivery, customer support, process document creations and review, working with onsite and offshore delivery model
• Experience with managing Software and tech hardware products and services
• Experience in infrastructure sizing and PLM architecture
• Experience in project delivery
• Experience in another PLM package such as Windchill, Siemens or Dassault
• Master's degree
