As an Oracle Cloud PLM (PD/PDH) Manager, you will be a strategic advisor and implementer, driving business transformations for clients in the discrete manufacturing space. You will lead discussions with senior leaders and business users to translate requirements into Oracle Cloud PLM solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability. This role involves delivering complex projects and developing expertise in new PLM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discussions with senior leaders on functional solutions within Oracle Cloud PLM (including PD and or PDH)
- Lead discussions with business users to understand needs and translate them into Oracle Cloud PLM functionality
- Collaborate with technical architects to ensure Oracle Cloud PLM solutions are technically feasible and scalable
- Perform high-level functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design for PLM solutions
- Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
- Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise
- Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
- Develop knowledge of and gain project experience in PLM's newest and future solutions
Requirements
- Discrete manufacturing PLM experience
- Consulting experience managing/executing 3 full lifecycle digital transformation programs within PLM
- 10+ years of PLM experience
- 5+ years Oracle Cloud PLM experience
- Experience using analytics and metrics to assess Manufacturing Performance and identify and quantify improvement opportunities
- Bachelor's Degree

- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of PLM experience, with 5+ years of Oracle Cloud PLM experience
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of experience in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, system testing (INT,UAT) and solution delivery, customer support, process document creations and review, and working with onsite and offshore delivery models
- Experience with managing Software and tech hardware products and services
- Experience in infrastructure sizing and PLM architecture
- Experience in project delivery
- Experience in another PLM package such as Windchill, Siemens or Dassault
- Master's degree
