Oracle Cloud PLM (PD/PDH) Manager

About This Role

Lead Oracle Cloud PLM (PD/PDH) implementations for clients in discrete manufacturing, translating business needs into functional solutions and guiding architectural design. This role supports clients in maximizing value within their supply chain through strategic advisement and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discussions with senior leaders on functional solutions within Oracle Cloud PLM (including PD and or PDH)
• Lead discussions with business users to understand their needs and requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud PLM functionality
• Collaborate with technical architects to ensure Oracle Cloud PLM solutions are technically feasible and scalable
• Perform high-level functional and technical architecture, analysis, research, and design for PLM solutions
• Design solutions for specific areas, such as supply chain, logistics execution, and warehousing
• Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment
• Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise and strengthening collective knowledge
• Collaborate on innovative solutions to bolster the future of the practice
• Develop knowledge of and gain project experience in PLM's newest and future solutions

Requirements

• Discrete manufacturing PLM experience
• Consulting experience managing/executing 3 full lifecycle digital transformation programs within PLM
• 10+ years of PLM experience
• 5+ years Oracle Cloud PLM experience
• Experience using analytics and metrics to assess Manufacturing Performance and identify/quantify improvement opportunities
• Bachelor's Degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of PLM experience, 5+ years Oracle Cloud PLM experience, and 5+ years experience conducting business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, system testing, solution delivery, customer support, and process document creation/review.

Nice to Have

• 5+ years of experience in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, system testing (INT,UAT), solution delivery, customer support, and process document creation and review
• Experience with managing Software and tech hardware products and services
• Experience in infrastructure sizing and PLM architecture
• Experience in project delivery
• Experience in another PLM package such as Windchill, Siemens or Dassault
• Master's degree
