Operator Qualification Evaluator

About This Role

This role provides Operator Qualification training and performance evaluations for EGW’s field services personnel and clients, acting as a QA/QC checkpoint and assisting in developing training simulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Operator Qualification training and performance evaluations to the EGW workforce
• Provide Operator Qualification training and performance evaluations to EGW’s clients
• Act as the QA/QC checkpoint for Employees and Evaluators
• Assist with the design and construction of simulation stations and tasks for OQ work
• Grow into a lead role to schedule client requests and manage evaluator resources
• Build relationships within the natural gas services community
• Work with Field Services Manager and Administrator to manage implementation and coordination of training and evaluation services
• Assist in the development and execution of EGW’s strategy and plans for Compliance, Training, and Field Services

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 or more years of OQ and Training experience
• Proven ability to develop long term relationships with industry peers
• Excellent listening, presentation, training skills
• Experienced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable mode of transportation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 or more years of OQ and Training experience

Nice to Have

• Ability to speak Spanish
