About This Role

This role is responsible for performing industrial laundry tasks as part of a team, ensuring the safe, expeditious, and accurate handling of merchandise within the facility.

Responsibilities

• Stage carts in lift tables, secure safety chains, and raise the table
• Fold linen, aprons, towels, table napkins, and/or fender/seat covers
• Identify and segregate merchandise not meeting specified quality standards (rips, tears, holes, stains)
• Accurately verify merchandise quantity and bundle by type
• Place bundles in correct storage bins, carts, or on shelves
• Maneuver full and empty baskets
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and observe best practices in all production activities

Requirements

• Ability to understand all required training, written, and verbal instructions
• Working knowledge of basic math skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet attendance schedule

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred
