Operations Senior Manager

About This Role

The Strategy & Operations Senior Manager will partner with Renewals Leadership to optimize the retention forecasting process, serving as a trusted advisor. This high-impact individual contributor role requires collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive forecast accuracy and efficiency across multiple operating units.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the weekly OU forecast process across Renewals
• Drive forecast excellence, coordinating prep and analytics for weekly OU forecast calls
• Partner with the Analytics team to perform ad-hoc analyses to improve forecast recommendations and accuracy
• Evaluate ongoing OU business performance against Targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Strategy to develop a joint forecasting cadence
• Create executive-level presentations for local and global leadership reviews and support quarterly business reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Sales strategy/business operations
• Experience with forecasting, business analysis, and data visualization
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management
• Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Salesforce
• Intermediate or better mastery of Snowflake/SQL and Excel/G-sheets

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in Sales strategy/business operations roles

Nice to Have

• Beginner or better mastery of Tableau
