The Operations Lead supports daily field operations for a mosquito, tick, and seasonal services business, ensuring high service quality and coaching technicians. This role is a hands-on leadership position, responsible for maintaining smooth operations and adjusting to changes.
Responsibilities
- Support daily field operations and morning launches
- Assist technicians when issues arise in the field
- Step into routes when coverage is needed
- Coach technicians to quality and safety standards
- Make real-time adjustments when plans change
- Installing, maintaining, and removing holiday lighting
- Working on ladders and roofs
- Following all safety procedures for working at heights
Requirements
