About This Role

This role is responsible for performing clerical and administrative functions across various hub and station operational areas, including managing records, quality assurance, and customer service tasks. The position also involves handling damaged and incorrectly addressed packages to ensure timely delivery and serves as the primary contact for customer issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support to management and operational functions (e.g., photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, answering telephones)
  • Review, research, and enter data into various systems to support functional areas
  • Compile data and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management review
  • Serve as frontline customer service to receive, solve, and escalate customer inquiries and issues
  • Assist management with Business Control Self Assessment (BCSA) audit activities by retrieving data/files
  • Manage records, including maintenance, destruction, and inventory tasks
  • Support timely delivery and mitigate loss/damage by performing address searches/corrections
  • Prioritize workflow to maximize package resolution for same-day delivery
  • Inspect and handle hazardous material damages according to policy
  • Research missing packages to identify root causes of scanning failures and compile information on disputed deliveries

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • General business skills (typing, data entry, phone, copier, fax)
  • Microsoft Office software and web-based applications proficiency
  • Customer service skills to respond to requests professionally
  • Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous clerical or customer service experience preferred

  • Previous clerical experience
