This role is responsible for overseeing and managing all facets of office operations under the One Team centralized service delivery model, providing guidance and expertise to office professionals.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, ensuring consistent implementation and compliance of regional and national initiatives.
- Meet regularly with One Team members to assess workload, address service challenges, and provide performance feedback.
- Coordinate assignments based on individual career goals and business needs.
- Collaborate with other service lines and managers across multiple offices to support service delivery.
- Monitor reporting tools for policy compliance and update management tools and applications regularly.
- Manage client and vendor relationships, including outsourced service providers, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute service strategies, programs, and processes for customer experience.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and build effective client relationships for One Team Services.
- Drive accountability and create a culture of understanding client needs, actively seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage budget effectively through regular analysis of key metrics, including headcount forecast and overtime.
- Manage project budget and report on progress, problems, and provide direction and support to the project team.
- Drive performance management process including touchpoints, quarterly evaluations, and year-end review.
Requirements
- 1 year DBQ Review experience
- Bachelors degree OR Associates degree plus 2 years of experience Re-added for clarity
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree OR Associates degree plus 2 years of experience Or high school diploma plus 4 years of experience
- 1 year DBQ Review experience
Nice to Have
- MDEO (medical disability examination office) vendor experience
- Experience conducting reviews of medical exam documentation in accordance with established medical and legal requirements
- Understanding of Medical Terminology
- Medical Benefit experience
- Medical License (LVN, RN, etc.)
