Provide high-quality occupational therapy for young children with autism in a center-based, early intervention ABA program. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate superior treatment outcomes and help learners maximize their potential.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality Occupational Therapy to young learners with autism
- Collaborate with clinicians on case management
- Meet weekly forty, 30-minute session billable hour requirement
- Maintain a caseload with a weekly billable hour requirement
Requirements
- Masters Degree
- Valid state licensing for practice
- Experience with early intervention and working with children with autism
- Strong and fluid writing and oral competence
- Enthusiasm to make a difference working with young children and their families
- Ability to maintain caseload with weekly billable hour requirement
- Exceptional ability in building trusting relationships and maintaining confidentiality
- Commitment to learn and pursue professional development
- Strong knowledge of OT principles
- Strong leadership qualities
- Demonstration of professionalism and adherence to Ally policy
- Effective communication skills
- Multi-tasking & time management
- Creative solutions to problems with the ability to quickly adapt
- Patience and calm demeanor in stressful situations
- Strong performance in team settings & collaboration with others
Qualifications
- Masters Degree required
- Experience with early intervention and working with children with autism
