Responsibilities
- Ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Assist with daily tasks for residents
- Learn on the job through mentorship from experienced nurses
- Prepare to take the CNA exam
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Good listening skills
- Excellent customer service
- Compassion for assisting others
- Willing to obtain Nurse Assistant certification (C.N.A.)
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read, write and speak in English
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Entry level with no prior experience required
