About This Role

This role will support patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, providing essential care and assisting with daily tasks. The position also offers paid training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), forming a pathway for career growth within the healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Assist with daily tasks for residents
• Learn on the job through mentorship from experienced nurses
• Prepare to take the CNA exam

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Good listening skills
• Excellent customer service
• Compassion for assisting others
• Willing to obtain Nurse Assistant certification (C.N.A.)
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to read, write and speak in English

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Entry level with no prior experience required
