About This Role

This role is for a professional Registered Nurse specializing in oncology, providing education, consultation, and research to help patients and their families make informed decisions and access timely healthcare throughout the cancer care continuum.

Responsibilities

• Provide education, consultation, and research to patients and families
• Assist patients and families in making informed decisions about cancer care
• Ensure timely access to healthcare throughout the cancer care continuum
• Demonstrate accountability, collaboration, autonomy, and leadership within the role
• Exhibit clinical competency in caring for patients across the life cycle as per specialty population

Requirements

• Current license as RN in the state of Ohio
• Bachelor’s degree
• CPR certification
• Skill in coordinating care needs
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required

Nice to Have

• Oncology nursing experience
• Oncology Navigation Certification (to be obtained within the first year)
