Night Shift Spotter

About This Role

This night shift Spotter role involves observing technicians operating lifts, ensuring safety protocols, and assisting with material breakdown and box handling in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Observe technicians while they are working or operating lifts to ensure safety protocols are being followed
• Assist with breaking down material and boxes efficiently and safely
• Ensure all activities are conducted with strict adherence to safety standards
• Support in maintaining a smooth workflow on the job site
• Be a proactive presence on-site, ensuring that tasks are carried out safely and according to the plan
• Help manage and organize equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements

• Ability to observe and monitor technicians while they operate lifts and perform tasks
• Experience with breaking down materials and handling boxes on construction sites
• Ability to operate boom or scissor lifts safely and efficiently
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, with a commitment to enforcing them on-site
• Ability to follow clear instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
• Ability to wear and maintain PPE (Class E rated hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, safety-toe boots)
• Ammonia Training (2 hours course)
