About This Role

Engage customers in national retail home improvement stores to discuss HVAC upgrades and energy efficiency. Schedule free in-home consultations or sell HVAC system tune-ups.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency
• Schedule free in-home consultations with experienced comfort advisors
• Sell simple HVAC System Tune-Ups
• Represent the ARS brand with a clean, professional appearance
• Attend weekly in-office meetings

Requirements

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Available for weekend retail hours (potential holidays)
• Clean, professional appearance
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings

Qualifications

• Entry level, sales experience a plus
