About This Role

This role involves operating and maintaining oilfield equipment like wells, ESP's, and gas compressors, ensuring optimal production and collaborating with support groups and engineering for data gathering and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Operate wells, gas lifted wells, ESP's, three phase separation, gas compression, and pipeline
• Perform minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment
• Prepare for and execute maintenance tasks including readings, rounds, and issuing work permits
• Monitor well and equipment performance proactively to maximize production
• Collaborate with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates
• Interface with Engineering for data gathering requests
• Track test compression data
• Conduct fluid levels using an echo meter

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of oilfield experience
• General working knowledge of specific systems, terminology and procedures related to well operations

Qualifications

• High school education or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of oilfield experience
