Support a major client within the supply chain department by managing inventory accuracy, processing material movements, and creating purchase requisitions. This role ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Complete physical inventory counts to ensure compliance and inventory accuracy on a routine basis
- Manage a transfer inbox, receiving emails from various vendors for multiple yards
- Perform SAP entry of all in and outbound movements of material from various yards
- Accurately and timely enter lease-to-lease movements
- Create purchase requisitions for purchases into inventory as needed
- Work closely with SCM buyers and operations regarding on-hand inventory
- Understand and apply all company environmental, health, and safety policies and principles
- Maintain compliance with proper regulatory and guidelines: SOX, COPAS
Requirements
- Experience in Materials Management
- Experience with SAP and the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong computer skills (MS Office suite)
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle
