MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

About This Role

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Manager, you will lead end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O, understanding client business processes, and acting as a trusted advisor. This role involves designing solutions, managing workstreams, and continually improving delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client's business and model their processes into the ERP
• Lead end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O
• Design the end-to-end solution, providing best industry processes
• Interact daily with counterparts
• Build company tools and assets
• Improve delivery processes
• Select software and ISVs
• Train on new versions and tools
• Gain trusted advisor status with customers by understanding their business and developing strategies
• Provide guidance to individual workstreams and escalate risks/issues

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment or serving as an internal consultant
• 7+ years of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience
• 5+ full-life cycle ERP implementations in Finance or Operations
• Experience in Finance
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation
• Leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Sales experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment or as an internal consultant within industry with ERP as the focus, including 7+ years of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience and 5+ full-life cycle ERP implementations in Finance or Operations.

Nice to Have

• Experienced in modifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across modules
• Dynamics 365 solution data model
• Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365
