As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consulting Manager, you will help clients transform finance and supply-chain processes by understanding their business, modeling processes into ERP, and managing end-to-end D365 F&O implementations. You will design solutions, provide industry best practices, and play a key role in building company tools and assets, improving delivery processes, and training on new versions and tools.
Responsibilities
- Understand clients' business and model their processes into the ERP system
- Manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O
- Design end-to-end solutions, providing industry best processes
- Interact daily with counterparts to bridge gaps and bring value
- Build company tools and assets, and improve delivery processes
- Select software and ISVs, and train on new versions and tools
- Gain trusted advisor status with customers and prospects
- Oversee multiple workstreams within a project, providing guidance and escalating risks
- Assist with project management activities and ensure deliverables are ready
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment or as an internal consultant with ERP focus
- 7+ years of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience
- 5+ full-life cycle ERP implementations in Finance or Operations
- Experience in Finance
- Experience in business requirement documentation and design documentation
- Leading workshops with key stakeholders
- Sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment or serving as an internal consultant within industry with ERP as the focus, including 7+ years of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience and 5+ full-life cycle ERP implementations in Finance or Operations.

- Experienced in modifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across modules
- Dynamics 365 solution data model
- Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365
