MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

About This Role

Lead end-to-end implementations of MS Dynamics 365 F&O, serving as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business and developing strategies to gain tangible benefits from ERP solutions. Model client processes and bridge gaps using product strengths.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client’s business and model processes into the ERP system
• Help manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O
• Design end-to-end solutions, providing best industry processes
• Interact daily with client counterparts
• Play a key role in building company tools and assets
• Improve delivery processes and select software/ISVs
• Train on new versions and tools to maintain sharp knowledge
• Gain trusted advisor status with customers and prospects
• Develop strategies to use Infor and Deloitte solutions for tangible business benefits
• Oversee multiple workstreams within a project, providing guidance and managing risks

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment or serving as an internal consultant within industry with ERP as the focus
• 7+ years of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience
• 5+ full-life cycle ERP implementations in Finance or Operations
• Experience in Finance
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation
• Leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Sales experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment or internal consulting, with ERP focus

Nice to Have

• Experienced in modifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across modules
• Dynamics 365 solution data model
• Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365
