MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

About This Role

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consulting Manager, you will lead end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O, modeling client business processes into the ERP system, and designing comprehensive solutions. This role focuses on transforming finance and supply-chain processes through cloud-based ERP applications, aiming to deliver efficient and cost-effective solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business and model processes into the ERP system
• Manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O
• Design end-to-end solutions, incorporating industry best practices
• Contribute to building company tools and assets, and improving delivery processes
• Select software and ISVs, and conduct training on new versions and tools
• Gain trusted advisor status with customers and prospects
• Oversee multiple workstreams within a project, providing guidance and escalating risks
• Assist with project management activities and ensure timely delivery of deliverables

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment or as an internal consultant within industry with ERP as the focus
• 7+ years of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience
• 5+ full-life cycle ERP implementations in Finance or Operations
• Experience in Finance
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation
• Leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Sales experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment or as an internal consultant with an ERP focus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in modifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across modules
• Dynamics 365 solution data model
• Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365
