MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

About This Role

The MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager will model client business processes into ERP systems, leveraging product strengths to meet requirements and bridge value gaps. They will lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementations and design solutions, providing industry best practices to clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand client's business and model processes into ERP systems
• Manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O
• Design end-to-end solutions, providing industry best processes
• Interact daily with counterparts
• Build company tools and assets
• Improve delivery processes
• Select software and ISVs
• Train on new versions and tools
• Gain trusted advisor status with customers and prospects
• Oversight of multiple workstreams within a project (may include providing guidance, escalating risks, ensuring cross-functional coordination, assisting with project management, and ensuring deliverables)

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment or as an internal consultant with ERP focus
• 7+ years of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience
• 5+ full-life cycle ERP implementations in Finance or Operations
• Experience in Finance
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation
• Leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Sales experience
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment or serving as an internal consultant within industry with ERP as the focus. 7+ years of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience. 5+ full-life cycle ERP implementations in Finance or Operations.

Nice to Have

• Experienced in modifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across modules
• Dynamics 365 solution data model
• Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365
