The MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager will model client business processes into ERP systems, leveraging product strengths to meet requirements and bridge value gaps. They will lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementations and design solutions, providing industry best practices to clients.
Responsibilities
- Understand client's business and model processes into ERP systems
- Manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O
- Design end-to-end solutions, providing industry best processes
- Interact daily with counterparts
- Build company tools and assets
- Improve delivery processes
- Select software and ISVs
- Train on new versions and tools
- Gain trusted advisor status with customers and prospects
- Oversight of multiple workstreams within a project (may include providing guidance, escalating risks, ensuring cross-functional coordination, assisting with project management, and ensuring deliverables)
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment or as an internal consultant with ERP focus
- 7+ years of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience
- 5+ full-life cycle ERP implementations in Finance or Operations
- Experience in Finance
- Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation
- Leading workshops with key stakeholders
- Sales experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment or serving as an internal consultant within industry with ERP as the focus. 7+ years of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience. 5+ full-life cycle ERP implementations in Finance or Operations.
Nice to Have
- Experienced in modifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across modules
- Dynamics 365 solution data model
- Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365
