MS Dynamics 365 F&O Manager

About This Role

This role involves understanding client businesses to model their processes into ERP systems, managing end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O, and designing comprehensive solutions. The manager will use industry best practices and interact with counterparts daily to deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client's business and model processes into ERP
• Manage end-to-end implementations of D365 F&O
• Design end-to-end solutions, applying industry best practices
• Bridge gaps to bring value to client operations
• Interact daily with counterparts
• Build company tools and assets
• Improve delivery processes
• Select software and ISVs
• Train on new versions and tools to maintain sharp knowledge
• Gain trusted advisor status with customers and prospects by developing strategies to gain tangible business benefits
• Oversee multiple workstreams within a project

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment or serving as an internal consultant within industry with ERP as the focus
• 7+ years of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience
• 5+ full-life cycle ERP implementations in Finance or Operations
• Experience in Finance
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation
• Leading workshops with key stakeholders
• Sales experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment or as an internal consultant within industry with ERP as the focus.

Nice to Have

• Experienced in modifications in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across modules
• Dynamics 365 solution data model
• Data migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365
