MRO Regional Manager US

About This Role

The MRO Regional Manager US will lead, animate, and coordinate the local Engine Owners and Cost Trackers in the United States to ensure performance objectives of LEAP maintenance shops are met. This role involves developing and managing action plans to improve turnaround times (TAT) and serving as the primary contact for airline communications regarding engines under maintenance in the region.

Responsibilities

• Pilot, animate, and coordinate the team of local Engine Owners and Cost Trackers to ensure performance objectives are met
• Construct and manage action plans to improve turnaround times (TAT) with partner shops
• Serve as the privileged interlocutor for all communications with airlines regarding engines managed by shops in the region, in coordination with Customer Teams

Requirements

• Industrial experience or solid customer experience
• Strong communication, analysis, and synthesis skills
• Ability to organize effectively in an information-rich environment
• Proactive and structured approach to building and managing action plans

• Industrial experience and/or solid customer experience are required.
