Moveworks Senior Consultant

About This Role

Lead Moveworks implementation projects, guiding clients through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment phases. Establish user journeys, configure Moveworks AI Assistant and ensure successful integration with enterprise systems to transform HR and IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Moveworks implementation projects and workstreams through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities leveraging agile methodology
• Establish user journeys and create user stories to support the design and setup of the Moveworks AI Assistant
• Support the iterative configuration of the Moveworks platform, engaging stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions
• Provide hands-on leadership and project management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
• Work with a team of functional and technical consultants to gather requirements and design sprints for Moveworks implementations
• Work with client stakeholders to document baseline, current state employee service delivery operations across multiple channels and systems
• Develop the points of value to deliver throughout the AI-driven employee experience transformation effort
• Develop detailed implementation plans for deploying the Moveworks AI Assistant and related capabilities, establishing key milestones, budget, scope, and high-level architecture
• Configure and optimize AI agents, plugins, and integrations within the Moveworks platform to automate employee support workflows
• Support the integration of Moveworks with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, and other HRIS/ITSM platforms
• Manage all aspects of the project or workstream, monitoring and identifying project issues early to mitigate any risk for the client

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience supporting system integrations, including hands-on work with APIs (e.g., REST/SOAP) and troubleshooting integration issues
• 4+ years of enterprise platform implementation experience (e.g., Workday and ServiceNow), including configuration support, testing, and deployment activities

• 4+ years of experience supporting system integrations with APIs; 4+ years of enterprise platform implementation experience

Nice to Have

• 4+ years of experience with solution architecture and system design for AI-driven employee experiences
• 2+ years of experience with Moveworks platform configuration, Agent Studio, or similar conversational AI platforms
• 2+ years of experience collaborating cross-functionally with HR, IT, Information Security, and platform teams
• 2+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of Big 4 consulting experience
• 2+ years of experience designing and/or implementing an HR shared service center
• 2+ years of experience with employee service delivery transformation initiatives
• 1+ year of experience with natural language processing (NLP), machine learning concepts, and agentic AI workflows
• 2+ years of experience developing change management and adoption strategies for AI-powered employee tools
